Queenstown sits on the 45th parallel in the southwest corner of the South Island of New Zealand.  Getting here is easily accessible by air and road.

 

By Air

Queenstown International Airport has daily domestic and international Australian flights with Air New Zealand, Qantas and Jetstar.

Daily domestic connections are from New Zealand's main centres: Auckland (approx 1hr 50), Wellington (approx 1hr 30) and Christchurch (approx 45mins).

Daily direct flights from Australia: Sydney (approx 2hrs 50), Melbourne (approx 3 hrs) and Brisbane (approx 3hrs).

Queenstown Airport is located 15 kilometres from Millbrook Resort with return aiport transfers available for NZD$20 pp each way.

By road


Access by road is a wonderfully scenic option - drive yourself or catch a scenic coach tour.

Queenstown is located approximately 6 hours drive from Christchurch, 3 1/2 hours from Dunedin, 2 1/2 hours from Invercargill and between 4-6 hours from the West Coast.
