How many rooms do you have?

We have 51 Village Inn Studio rooms, 70 Villa Suites (1 bedroom), 48 Villas (2 bedrooms), 20 two-bedroom cottages, 11 three-bedroom cottages, 3 four-bedroom cottages, 7 fairway homes

Are rollaways allowed in the rooms?

Rollaways are not allowed in Village Inn rooms, but are available at a cost of $35 for Villa Suites and Hotel Villas

Are cots allowed in the rooms?

Yes, cots are complimentary

What facilities are available at Millbrook Resort?

A complimentary Health & Fitness Centre, 3 on-site restaurants, an 18-hole championship golf course, award-winning spa facility, walking tracks, mountain bike hire, golf lessons, childrens playground, 3 tennis courts, petanque court, complimentary shuttle to Arrowtown/Queenstown and a pro shop stocking various retail brands.

What are the opening hours for reception?

Reception is open 24hrs

What are the check-in/check-out hours?

Check-in 3pm

Check-out 11am

Is internet available?

Yes, broadband is available in all the rooms and the resort will be upgrading to wireless soon

What are breakfast hours and where is it served?

Breakfast is served at The Clubhouse between 6.30am and 10.30am

Is transport to Queenstown centre available?

Yes, Millbrook provides a complimentary shuttle to/from Arrowtown and Queenstown on demand

Is the water safe to drink from the tap?

Yes, Queenstown and New Zealand have some of the purest drinking water in the world, feel free to drink it straight from the tap as we do!

What are the seasons in New Zealand?

Dec-Mar Summer season/average temperatures: 23 degrees celcius

Mar-Jun Autumn season/average temperature: 16 degrees celcius

Jun-Sep Winter season/average temperature: 10 degrees celcius

Sep-Dec Spring season/average temperature: 18 degrees celcius

When is the golf season?

You can play golf all year round. In the winter, the daylight hours are shorter so play start approx 10am on the course.

Do you have baby buggies for hire?

Yes, we have baby buggies available from reception

How do we get to Millbrook Resort?

Millbrook is located just 10kms from Queenstown international airport and we have airport transfers available for $20pp. Otherwise, taxis and car-hires are available also. For further information on getting here, please look at our 'Getting Here' section under About Us.

What is the approx taxi cost to Queenstown centre from Millbrook?

Approx $60 per car

Do you have restaurants onsite?

Yes, we have four onsite restaurants including: The Clubhouse which is our breakfast venue and can be hired out privately, The Hole-in-One Bar/Cafe which is a casual spot where you can sit for an hour or a day. We have a kid's menu and lunch menu and feature an extensive wine and international beer list.

Are the restaurants child friendly?

Yes, we have room for children in our restaurants. We have children's menus at The Hole-in-One Bar/Cafe and at The Millhouse, our chefs are happy to put together something to satisfy the kids.

What is included in the room rate?

Complimentary access to the Health & Fitness Centre which features a fully equipped gymnasium, outdoor pools and a 25 m lap pool, in-house golf rates and a complimentary shuttle to and from Queenstown and Arrowtown.
