Maintenance Labourers / Gardeners
Do you enjoy working in the outdoors in a team environment and have previous work experience in the horticulture industry. We are looking for experienced Maintenance Labourers / Gardeners to join our Landscaping Team
Banqueting Operations Manager
This is a hands on role for someone who has previous five star experience in Banqueting Operations or Food and Beverage Operations at a supervisory level. The successful applicant will have excellent time management skills and will be available to work a variety of shifts.
We operates three restaurants and have extensive function facilities. We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic professionals at all levels for the upcoming summer season. This is a busy and rewarding working environment and applicants must be team players who understand quality and the importance of food safety. Previous experience of working in top- level establishments is required.
Experienced Waiting Staff
We are looking for experienced Food and Beverage Attendants who have a strong focus on service excellence and who are flexible in their approach. We have a requirement for experienced Baristas in our Hole in One Café, and in our highly acclaimed Millhouse Restaurant
We have vacancies for Room, Laundry and Public Area Attendants within our Housekeeping Team.
Some previous experience is preferred but more importantly you will be hard working and willing to work varied shifts including weekends.
Do you enjoy working in a team environment? We are looking for Kitchenhands who are flexible in their approach and able to work a variety of shifts. You will work under supervision of the Chef of the day being able to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas ie, kitchen and servery areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to be part of our progressive F&B Management team. We are looking for at least two years experience in a supervisory role preferably in a five star environment. The successful candidate will have energy and the ability to create an outstanding customer service experience by developing their team. Experience in a la carte dining outlets and a working knowledge of New Zealand wines is essential.
This is a truly exciting career opportunity for an experienced Reservations professional to add real value to our operation. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can use their energy, expertise and management skills to ensure our small in-house Reservations team produces big results by ensuring sales targets are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
The successful candidate will have:
- A passion for service delivery and the Hospitality Industry
- A minimum of 2 years Reservations and/or Front Office Supervisory/Management experience in 4/5 star Hotel/Resort environment
- Experience in working to and achieving sales targets
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Opera Hotel Management systems (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and drive a small team
- A high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- A good understanding of yield management
