Intermediate/Senior Beauty Therapist

This is an exciting opportunity to join the phenomenal team at the Spa at Millbrook, where we offer an extensive range of massage therapy and body treatments, including facials, manicure/pedicure and waxing. Applicants must have relevant qualifications and minimum 1 year experience within the Beauty Therapy industry.


Food and Beverage Positions 

We are looking for experienced Food and Beverage Attendants and Supervisors who have a strong focus on service excellence and who are available to work a variety of shifts. We have opportunities in our restaurants and for functions staff throughout our busy summer season.


Chef Positions

Millbrook operates three restaurants and has extensive function facilities. We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic professionals at all levels for the upcoming summer season. This is a busy and rewarding working environment and applicants must be team players who understand quality and the importance of food safety. Previous experience of working in high end establishments is required.


Room/Laundry Attendants

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our existing professional Housekeeping Team. You must have relevant experience and be flexible in your approach and able to work shifts, including weekends.


Reservations Manager

 This is a truly exciting career opportunity for an experienced Reservations professional to add real value to our operation and support the Sales Manager in providing operational leadership to the Reservations team.

 We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate their ability of leading from the front and implementing change to ensure annual business plan goals are achieved through the delivery of superior guest service.

 The successful candidate will have a strong systems background and have an in-depth knowledge and experience of Opera. They will have outstanding communication skills and a proven track record in training and motivating staff. 

A minimum requirement of at least 2 years Hotel Duty Manager experience is preferred.


Night Auditor

 An excellent opportunity to step into the Front Office of our busy, 5 star Resort. Previous Reception experience and/or qualifications, strong numeracy and exceptional communications skills are all essential requirements. Knowledge of Opera and a current General Managers Certificate would be an advantage.


Landscape Gardener

Do you enjoy working in the outdoors in a team environment and have previous work experience in the horticulture industry.  We are looking for an experienced Landscape Gardener to join our Landscaping Team from November until July.


Receptionist/Guest Services

This position will suit an organised and outgoing person with previous experience in a similar role and with a working knowledge of Opera PMS. Local area knowledge is preferred and you will need to be passionate about providing excellent customer service and be flexible in working a variety of shifts.  Naturally your communication skills, time management and personal presentation will be of a very high standard.
