Landscape Foreman

We are currently seeking experienced applicants for two full time Foreman positions in our busy and diverse Landscaping team.
The successful candidates will have extensive experience and, ideally, knowledge of the Central Otago environment. In this role you will be required to;

  • Supervise and co-ordinate a team of staff
  • Work independently and efficiently to a high standard, in keeping with Millbrook’s 5 star reputation
  • Work alongside our clients, using excellent communication skills
  • Use your expertise in the maintenance of all Millbrook’s gardens

You should possess a working knowledge of horticultural practice combined with an understanding of botanical and common names (a National Certificate
in Horticulture, level 4, or relevant degree would be an advantage).

Chef Positions

We operates three restaurants and have extensive function facilities. We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic professionals at all levels for the upcoming summer season. This is a busy and rewarding working environment and applicants must be team players who understand quality and the importance of food safety. Previous experience of working in top- level establishments is required.

Experienced Waiting Staff

We are looking for experienced Food and Beverage Attendants who have a strong focus on service excellence and who are flexible in their approach.
We have a requirement for experienced Baristas in our Hole in One Café, and in our highly acclaimed Millhouse Restaurant

Housekeeping Positions

We have vacancies for Room, Laundry and Public Area Attendants within our Housekeeping Team. Some previous experience is preferred but more importantly you will be hard working and willing to work varied shifts including weekends. We are also seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor,
with previous experience at a Supervisory level.


Do you enjoy working in a team environment? We are looking for Kitchenhands who are flexible in their approach and able to work a variety of shifts.
You will work under supervision of the Chef of the day being able to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas ie, kitchen and servery areas.

Beauty Therapist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic and professional Spa team. Millbrook offers an extensive range of massage therapy and body treatments, including facials, manicure/pedicure and waxing. We are seeking a professional with the passion for delivering world class service.  You must have relevant qualifications, training and work experience within the Beauty Therapy industry. Functions Supervisor

This is a hands-on role for someone who has previous five star experience in diverse Banqueting operations or Food and Beverage at a supervisory level. The successful applicant will have excellent time management skills, a flexible approach and will be available to work a variety of shifts.

Group Coordinator / Golf Professional

We are currently seeking a Golf professional to join our Pro Shop team over the busy Summer season. The Group Coordinator / Golf Professional is responsible for the coordination, management and planning of Millbrook’s Golf events to ensure that groups receive a 5 star experience.  
This role involves hosting, hands on golf instruction and event planning.

Outlet Manager

A rare opportunity has become available to lead our exquisite Japanese Restaurant Kobe. If you are a hospitality professional, this is an excellent opportunity to be a part of our fast paced, dynamic and progressive F&B team.
