We operates three restaurants and have extensive function facilities. We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic professionals at all levels for the upcoming summer season. This is a busy and rewarding working environment and applicants must be team players who understand quality and the importance of food safety. Previous experience of working in top- level establishments is required.
Experienced Waiting Staff
We are looking for experienced Food and Beverage Attendants who have a strong focus on service excellence and who are flexible in their approach. We have a requirement for experienced Baristas in our Hole in One Café, and in our highly acclaimed Millhouse Restaurant
We have vacancies for Room, Laundry and Public Area Attendants within our Housekeeping Team.
Some previous experience is preferred but more importantly you will be hard working and willing to work varied shifts including weekends.
Do you enjoy working in a team environment? We are looking for Kitchenhands who are flexible in their approach and able to work a variety of shifts. You will work under supervision of the Chef of the day being able to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas ie, kitchen and servery areas.
This is a truly exciting career opportunity for an experienced Events all-rounder to add real value to our MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) operation. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience in a 4/5 star Hotel / Resort environment and possess the following competencies;
- A passion for service delivery and the Hospitality Industry
- Superior communication & negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
- Strong administrative and organisation skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to nurture relationships
