Millbrook Classes
Aqua Aerobics

A water-based workout that focuses on resistance. Great for rehabilitation or general conditioning.

Circuit

This class blends strength training & cardio fitness, giving you a full body workout that will improve fitness, regardless of where you start. You will move from station to station under a timer, doing various exercises. Exercises are graded to all fitness levels. 

Pilates

Teaching in depth control with a healthy combination of strength, flexibility and mobility.

Slow & Steady Yoga

A simple, slower-moving ‘basics’ class. Focused on the subtle details of each pose so not just for beginners.

Yin & Yang Yoga

This class offers the best of both worlds - an energising & uplifting flow practice that melts into deep & introspective stretches. Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A faster moving vinyasa practice that assumes some yoga experience & is more focused on creating smooth movement.

Zumba®

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Millbrook Stretch

Enjoy this full body 45 minute stretch class. A great way to work on your flexibility and reduce injury risk.

Tai Chi

Designed to improve mobility, flexibility & balance, Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise involving a series of slow, fluid, gentle movements. it promotes relaxation & prevents falls through improvement in balance & lower limb strength. The perfect class for beginners.

LES MILLS GRIT® Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

CXWORX® really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention. It’ll help you run faster… play harder… stand stronger!
