Membership Privileges 2009-2010

MEMBERSHIP CARDS & VOUCHERS

Please ensure you have your Millbrook Country Club membership card with you when you are at Millbrook to present as a form of identification. Staff are now required to request these at point of purchase or check-in, to ensure you receive your privaleges and to avoid incorrect or unathorised usage, thereby protecting your interests at all times. This also applies to any vouchers, which must be duly signed and authorised.

Please note: This policy will be enforced at all times and we thank you for your continuing assistance and support of this procedure at Millbrook Country Club.

GOLF & PRO SHOP

• Complimentary year-round green fees (including practice and driving ranges)
• Annual issue of five complimentary vouchers for friends, family or guests redeemable either on the Golf Course for one complimentary round of golf, or one day's use of the Health & Fitness Centre (per person)
• Guests must play with a Member, at an accompanied guest rate of $40, with a maximum of three guests at onetime
• Carts to be hired at the discounted rate of $30 per day
• 30% discount on golf equipment hire
• Complimentary use of golf trundler
• Complimentary golf club storage during the year, subject to availability
• 10% discount on all purchases at the Golf Pro Shop
• Special Members coaching rates
• Preferential rates for Members coaching clinics

SISTER CLUB GOLFING ARRANGEMENTS:

Laguna Golf & Country Club in Singapore, Clearwater Resort in Christchurch, Brookwater in Brisbane and Noosa Springs in Queensland. Please contact the Pro Shop for further details.

Please note: Restrictions for Member's Guests, as per Rule 23 of the Constitution. A Guest MUST be accompanied by a Member to participate in Member's events.

ACCOMMODATION

• 50% discount (off the hotel rack rate)

Please note: Reservations essential, subject to seasonal availability, non-transferable. This discount does not apply to Fairway Homes.

TRANSPORT

• Millbrook airport shuttles and transfers available at $10pp for Adults and $5pp for children (12 & under) each way at the top of the hour to all Members and their immediate family - with at least 24 hours notice.

Please note: Failure to give 24hours notice will not guarantee a shuttle and will incur a $10 pp charge either to or from the airport.

• Complimentary Millbrook shuttle service available to Queenstown and Arrowtown, for all Members and their guests that are staying at Millbrook. These shuttles are not available to groups of more than 8 people and must be booked with the Transport Desk located at reception. Please see timetable for further information

FOOD & BEVERAGE

• 20% discount on all food and beverage at all Millbrook outlets (ie., The Clubhouse, The Millhouse and the Hole-in-One Bar and Guest Lounge)
• 10% discount on the total bill (including food & beverages) at Sala Sala

Please note: Reservations are essential for meals at the restaurants, subject to availability, discounts are non-transferable. This discount may not apply to individual functions, special events or promotions or be used in conjunction with any other promotion operating at the outlets at the same time.

FUNCTIONS & EVENTS

• Exclusive use of any Millbrook outlet or venue may be available by special arrangement with the Manager - F&B directly. Venue hire will apply

• 40% discount off the Millbrook wine list on case lots purchased from the Millbrook Cellar, subject to availability

HEALTH & FITNESS CENTRE

• Complimentary and year-round access to swimming pool, spas, sauna, hot pools, tennis and volleyball courts, Fitness Centre assessment and programme prescription, yoga & exercise classes, upon production of a valid Membership card
• Members rate of $70 for a 10 visit Health & Fitness Concession Card which gives unaccompanied access to spas, pool and Fitness Centre for family, friends or guests
• 10% on all purchases at the Health & Fitness Centre

THE SPA

• 10% discount on beauty/massage treatments at The Spa at Millbrook
• 10% discount on all purchases at The Spa at Millbrook
