The Millhouse menu is a divine blend of local, seasonal produce, coupled with a passion and knowledge of food.

We craft contemporary-style dishes utilising the best locally-sourced seasonal produce, complementing wild game and fresh seafood in dishes blending European concepts with a Central Otago influence.

In order to reflect seasonal changes, the menu changes regularly, so please ask reception or the restaurant for the most up to date menu.
