Can’t decide?! Allow our chefs to prepare a selection of tasting dishes to showcase a variety of techniques and flavours used across the a la carte menu.

Head chef Fabrizio Ferla has always focused on using fresh and seasonal ingredients, and does so by sourcing as close to Millbrook as possible, with much of the produce being grown within the resort itself.
