Having graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelors degree in Sports & Exercise Nutrition, I then gained a Certificate in Advanced Personal Training.  For the past seven years I have been a Nutritionist (specialising in Sports Nutrition) in Christchurch, whilst working in a boutique gym where my clients age and ability were very diverse.

Being a New Zealand Swimming representative, I naturally went on to become a Qualified Swim Instructor, imparting my expertise in the pool and teaching both children and adults the benefits of extending their swimming ability and swim safety.

As well as swimming, and a successful sporting career, I now partake in half Ironman events, open water swim races, cycling and running races such as the Queenstown Marathon.

During my University years, and since, I have been fortunate to work with a wide range of different people, ranging from elite athletes, Super Rugby rugby teams, cross country runners, triathletes, swimmers, weekend warriors wanting to tick off their first half marathon and those wanting to feel leaner and stronger in the gym.

I believe that my passion for fitness covers the whole spectrum of an individual’s wants, desires and aspirations!

If you want to improve your wellbeing, zest for life, swimming ability, or make those 18 holes that much easier, I would love to be able to offer you assistance.
