HIIT Circuits at Millbrook

CIRCUIT is a dynamic and explosive class which targets the whole body fusing HIIT intervals, TRX suspension training, calisthenics, tabata, strength components, boxing and core. The class is designed with New York style trends keeping you in a metabolic (fat-burning) state throughout the workout. The EPOC; Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (after-burn) effect reached from this class means your calorie expenditure will remain high well after the workout has ended.

Introducing the new licensed METAFIT class to our schedule. A fun energetic HIIT workout reaching out to all levels of fitness. Burning calories and shaping up with lots of body weight and non-impact exercises designed to ignite the metabolic burn.

Yoga, Stretch & Pilates

Millbrook Health & Fitness boasts four varieties of yoga so there really is something for everyone. Yoga’s restorative and healing traits will keep your body mobile, strong and your joints happy especially if you’re hitting the mountains or aiming to your improve golf swing. 

If your stabilising muscles need a tune up why not try pilates where you will reap the benefits of improved posture and core function.

Feeling the need for a stretch? Loosen those tight muscles with our exclusive 45 minute stretch routine. Your body will love you for it! Educational in every sense, you can pick the brains of the instructor and integrate these valuable gems with your own training.

 

AQUA AerobicsLow impact high energy! A great pool workout for general conditioning, especially if you've suffered from injury, joint pain or degenerative issues. A fun class with funky music to splash about with.
