A Millbrook Resort Gift Card can be used to make purchases at all Millbrook Resort outlets, including any Millbrook Resort restaurant, Millbrook’s Golf Shop, The Spa, Millbrook’s Health & Fitness Centre and/or towards Millbrook accommodation provided that a minimum spend of $10 (or the remaining card balance, if less) applies when using your Millbrook Resort Gift Card.

Each Gift Card:

has no value until activated at the time of purchase;

expires 12 months from the date of purchase, at which time any outstanding balance loaded on that Gift Card will be forfeited;

will be void if defaced, mutilated, altered or damaged in any way;

is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be topped up with additional cash once activated; and
-
remains the property of Millbrook Resort.

Millbrook Resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Cards and reserves the right to refuse to accept any Gift Card where it reasonably suspects that that Gift Card (or any amount on it) may have been stolen or otherwise illegally obtained.

Millbrook Resort reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without notice.

Millbrook Resort will not be liable to any person for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with the purchase or use of a Gift Card or any unforeseen card or system failure, including where a Gift Card is not swiped or incorrectly swiped.

The purchase or use of a Gift Card implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Millbrook Country Club Members may receive a 10% discount on Gift Cards when purchased to 'their account' only. This discount is not valid for online gift card orders, or via cash or credit card. No further member discounts can used when redeeming a Millbrook Gift Card at the resort.
