Each of our restaurants offers a different cuisine, ambience and character and we are open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Our fine dining establishment, The Millhouse, is one of Queenstown’s best restaurants. Located alongside the original water wheel and on the edge of The Mill Pond overlooking the 18th Hole, The Millhouse was the original flour mill in the resort’s former farm days and the history of the building is reflected inside and out.
The Hole in One Café and Brasserie was the original stables, while Sala Sala Japanese Restaurant, although a modern building, is reflective of Millbrook's farming heritage with exposed beams and high ceilings.
Open daily for breakfast and for private functions, The Clubhouse once again perfectly reflects Millbrook’s history with its stone walls, high beam ceilings and ornate chandeliers.
Our award-winning executive chef and his team delight in creating mouth watering creations from our superb pastries to gourmet degustation dinners.
