The Millhouse Conference Centre can seat up to 150 people theatre style and is one of our most versatile and popular spaces.  It can be transformed from a meeting space during the day to a majestic dinner venue where guests can enjoy beautiful vistas over the Arrow 9.

The Pavilion, a silk lined and carpeted marquee, is our largest venue with views over the famous Coronet 9.  This space is versatile and can be easily converted from a breakout space or a trade show to a themed evening event.  With plenty of space to host a band and a dance floor your guests will enjoy a night to remember.

The Clubhouse is a character filled venue and can host 30 guests classroom style.  This venue can easily be transformed from a meeting space during the day to a more formal evening setting.  The Clubhouse has a variety of unique areas including a wraparound balcony which allows guests to step out and enjoy the stunning scenery and a cosy courtyard with an open fire - perfect for a nightcap.  The room can easily be themed allowing the event to be something very special for you and your guests.  If you’re struggling for inspiration, don’t worry, our experienced event coordinators are able to provide creative ideas for your event!

If you’re looking for a more intimate space then the Waterfall Cottage is the venue for you. Able to seat 18 guests boardroom style, this light filled space will host your group with comfort your guests. In the summer enjoy morning tea outdoors while taking in the views over the expansive grounds.  There are options to have a working lunch at Waterfall Cottage or your group is able to enjoy the facilities at the Hole In One Cafe

Millbrook Resort has day delegate packages which can either be a half or full day rate.  If these are not to your requirements then you can always speak with one of our event coordinators who will be more than happy to create a tailored package to suit your event needs.
